Position: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
Role Overview
Facilitate the rollout and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) as a global HRIS platform across multiple regions. This role involves stakeholder engagement, system configuration, and ensuring successful implementation aligned with business and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate rollout and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) across global offices
- Lead discussions with stakeholders to support engagement activities, localization workshops, and platform adoption
- Act as a subject matter expert advising on functional requirements and key program decisions
- Collaborate with client-facing and technical delivery teams to gather and implement business and non-functional requirements
- Provide best-practice recommendations on implementation methodology and deployment
- Maintain accountability for project timelines, escalations, metrics, and status reporting
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions (RBP) ensuring data security and compliance
- Support S-User ID provisioning and access governance
- Work closely with integration teams and external system owners to resolve data/interface issues
- Configure and maintain Employee Central components including:
- Data Models
- MDF Objects
- Business Rules
- Workflows
- Time Off
- Role-Based Permissions
- Story Reporting
- Transport Tool
- Maintain SAP workbooks and update based on iterative cycles
- Support SIT and UAT phases including defect resolution and configuration updates
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience with at least 3 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations (Employee Central)
- Valid SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification
- Strong communication and collaboration skills (including remote work environments)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and planning abilities
- Ability to work across multiple projects and cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Preferred
- Knowledge of SAFe methodology
- Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules (e.g., PMGM, RCM)
