As we work to transform and optimize Mars, a new program has been mobilized by the Mars leadership team. The program is focused on the design and implementation of SAP S/4Hana in Mars across Segments (Petcare, Corporate, Snacking & Food). Much more than a simple “Lift and Shift,” this program will undertake a major process simplification and harmonization scope as we digitally transform our business.
The program is focused primarily on eight mega process areas: Finance, Source to Pay (procurement and vendor mgmt.), Plan to Fulfill (manufacturing and distribution), Lead to Cash (order processing and payment), Governance, Engage to Consume (marketing), Idea to Market (R&D), and Recruit to Retire (HR). This transformation requires thought leadership, quality decision making, deep technical know-how, and an ability to navigate complex business challenges while applying a holistic and multi-disciplinary approach to each of these mega processes. As part of program, a new role has been created to manage all the testing activities related to the SAP S/4Hana landscape.

What are we looking for?- Have an IT background with at least 5 years of experience in ERP/SAP Development, Implementation or Transformation projects in a leading or coordinating role
- Have profound knowledge of testing management processes and standards
- Experience in Testing Lead role in complex transformation projects with emphasis on large scale SAP projects
- Excellent understanding of S/4HANA product roadmap and knowledge of relevant delivery methods for SAP (waterfall, hybrid agile, agile)
- Be very well organized with experience in effectively setting deadlines, delegating and assigning responsibilities followed by monitoring, summarizing, aligning and communicating the testing plans status across various stakeholder groups ensuring clear ownership is established for all activities
- Have the ability and experience in defining comprehensive testing plans that outline the sequence of tasks, timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements securing technical integrations and business continuity. You need to have attention to detail and resilience in negotiating through the cross stream requirements and alignment to build an executable and successful testing plan
- Be actively alert and able to do risk management of testing activities including defect management process to ensure completion remains on track
- Have team player attitude and hunger to develop new professional skills combined with proactive, development-minded, and goal-focused attitude to work
- Excellent documentation, visualization and presentation skills
- Have experience working with System Integrator and Business Integrator, 3rd parties
- Excellent relationship-building, networking and influencing skills with ability to function successfully in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional manner
- Lead the S/4 Hana Digital Core Testing Team
- Test Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive test plans for SAP projects, covering various testing phases like unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live validation.
- Test Execution & Management: Oversee the execution of test plans, manage test environments, and ensure that tests are conducted effectively and efficiently.
- Defect Management: Track, analyze, and manage defects identified during testing, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Test Automation: Implement and manage test automation strategies and tools to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and IT departments to ensure that testing activities are aligned with project goals and business requirements.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present test reports and analysis to stakeholders, providing insights into the quality of the SAP system.
- Resource Management: Manage and allocate testing resources effectively, ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the testing process and implement best practices to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Tools: Experience in testing tools (JIRA, SNOW, eCATT, SAP Solution Manager) for test management.
- Manage cross-team and stakeholder relationships to drive collaboration and meet shared goals

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate).
