You are:

We are seeking a results-driven SAP Project Manager with extensive experience leading large-scale SAP transformation and AMS engagements. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of accountability for delivery quality, timeline, and client satisfaction, while managing onshore and offshore teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

The Work:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP transformation and AMS programs, ensuring high-quality, on-time execution.
  • Own project governance, scope management, schedule, risk mitigation, and financial performance.
  • Manage large, distributed teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery centers.
  • Drive agile delivery practices including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and iterative release cycles.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for client executives and internal leadership.
  • Oversee integration across SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, Ariba, SuccessFactors, BTP) and non-SAP systems.
  • Ensure adherence to Accenture delivery methodologies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead cutover planning, deployment readiness, hypercare stabilization, and transition to AMS operations.
  • Support organizational change management, communication, and user adoption strategies.
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance for AMS environments, driving continuous improvement.

This role is hybrid

Here's what you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
  • 12+ years of SAP experience across transformation, implementation, or AMS delivery.
  • 7+ years of SAP project/program management experience.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale SAP programs with multi‑tower, multi‑release delivery.
  • Demonstrated success managing global delivery teams (onshore/offshore).
  • Strong understanding of SAP solution architecture, integration points, and functional domains.
  • Experience with agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, hybrid).
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and issue resolution capabilities.
  • Experience managing project financials, forecasting, and contract obligations.
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus point:

  • SAP Activate certification, PMP, or Prince2.
  • Experience with S/4HANA transformations (greenfield, brownfield, selective data transition).
  • Experience with AMS operating models, SLA governance, and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Industry experience in Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Utilities, Public Sector, or High-Tech.
  • Familiarity with SAP BTP, integration middleware, and cloud deployment models.

employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
