Job Description

What you'll bring

You're a student or recent graduate ready for a full-time, structured experience at SAP. You're curious, resilient, and adapt well when things change. You communicate clearly, collaborate across teams, and bring creative thinking to problems. You're developing your business and AI foundations — and you take initiative to deliver results. You bring emotional intelligence and cultural awareness to your work and your team.

  • A creative mindset for event engagement — you use tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling event branding, promotional campaigns, digital signage, presentations, and social content that drive awareness, participation, and memorable employee experiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. You tailor your message to different audiences and create content that drives engagement.
  • Experience coordinating events, whether in-person, virtual, or hybrid, with a passion for bringing people together through well-executed experiences.
  • A structured approach to work. You build project plans, manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and solve problems proactively.
  • A curiosity about AI tools. You're interested in using them to automate tasks, improve event experiences, and streamline communications.
  • Fluency in English is required; French is strongly preferred for this role.

What you'll build

You'll join a team working on live priorities and gain cross-functional exposure through your internship experience. Your mentors will guide you, and you'll set and deliver real goals.

You'll be the onsite communications and events engine for SAP Labs Montreal, while scaling across the rest of SAP Labs Canada — creating content, producing events, and helping shape a culture of innovation.

  • Create and manage internal event logistics & communications for the Montreal office, aligned with the national comms strategy
  • Plan, promote, and execute events — from team workshops to national marquee events like all-hands meetings and the annual holiday party
  • Build graphic designs and marketing collateral — digital signage, email banners, newsletters, SharePoint pages, and event branding
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines — and own them end-to-end
  • Turn event highlights into content that showcases the SAP Labs Canada employee brand across internal and external channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to keep events running smoothly

Where you belong

During your internship you will be part of SAP Next Gen, a global network of early career talent connected through events, peer learning, and shared ambition. Your internship is a launchpad built on real skills and lasting connections.
