As a Salesforce Expert Director, you will play a key role in in maximizing the adoption and effectiveness of our CRM across the distribution network. As a true field expert, you will support Agency Directors and Sales Directors so they can, in turn, guide their advisors in making optimal use of Salesforce to increase sales and deliver an exceptional client experience.

What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Salesforce Expert Director, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Become the field reference for advanced Salesforce usage (lead and opportunity management, reports and dashboards) across the distribution network.
Provide expert support to Agency Directors and Sales Directors by answering complex questions and acting as a liaison between agencies and the CRM team to escalate needs and issues.
Work closely with the Salesforce Product Manager to support the evolution and optimization of the platform.
Understand business needs while considering technological and regulatory constraints.
Work in close partnership with Agency Directors and Sales Directors to increase advisor effectiveness and drive sales attributable to Salesforce functionalities.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and usage and actively promote the benefits of Salesforce to support growth and service quality.
Measure Salesforce adoption and performance (usage rates, data quality), participate in the testing and deployment of new features, and produce reports and recommendations for senior management.

We’re looking for someone who:
Is known for their strong functional Salesforce expertise, particularly in reporting, dashboards, and optimizing CRM usage.

Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, combined with strong analytical thinking and a results-driven mindset, in order to build lasting relationships and generate tangible impact.
Is recognized for their ability to thrive in a complex and evolving environment, showing proactivity, strong mobilization skills, and acting as a true change agent.
Has a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Salesforce-related role (advanced usage, optimization, support), along with a degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
· Has an advanced level of proficiency in French and an intermediate level of English, as the role requires daily verbal and written communication with English-speaking firms located in Ontario and British Columbia.
Mobility: Frequent travel to agencies, primarily within Québec, with some travel outside Québec across Canada.
