We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be both hands-on and a natural leader, capable of guiding a small team while actively contributing to the design, development, and implementation of our Salesforce platform. This role requires extensive experience with Sales Cloud and a strong understanding of Revenue Cloud CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) functionalities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and architecture of scalable and robust Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • Act as the senior technical resource for the most complex configuration and development tasks, including advanced Revenue Cloud (CPQ) product rules, pricing logic, and automation.
  • Mentor and manage a small team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Hands-on development and configuration of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud (CPQ), including custom objects, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integrations.
  • Implement and optimize Salesforce CPQ solutions, ensuring efficient and accurate quoting processes for our commercial teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Marketing to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Oversee data governance, migration strategies, and ensure data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce solutions, including technical designs, process flows, and training materials.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features, recommending and implementing relevant enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the Salesforce platform.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 3+ years in a Salesforce Architect role.
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring a small team of Salesforce professionals.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture, configuration, and development.
  • Strong, proven experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ) implementation and customization.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools (e.g., REST API, SOAP API, Middleware).
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect) are highly desirable.
  • Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant (or the previous CPQ Specialist) certification is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary compensation range is $160,000 to $195,000 per year, cash bonus, and equity.
