The Sales Executive, Client Solutions is responsible for promoting and selling ARxIUM's pharmacy automation and workflow solutions throughout Quebec and assigned Canadian territories. This is a consultative B2B sales role focused on developing new business opportunities, growing customer relationships, and helping healthcare organizations improve pharmacy operations through innovative technology solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare leaders, pharmacy executives, and operational decision-makers to identify business challenges, recommend solutions, and guide customers through the sales process from initial engagement through contract execution.

This position requires professional fluency in both French and English.

Who Will Be Successful in This Role

We are seeking an ambitious sales professional with 3-7 years of successful B2B sales experience who enjoys building relationships, solving customer problems, and driving business growth.

Candidates with experience in healthcare sales, medical device sales, healthcare technology, software/SaaS, automation solutions, or other technology-focused industries are strongly encouraged to apply.

Please note: This is a professional B2B healthcare technology sales position. Experience limited to retail, consumer, or direct-to-consumer sales may not provide the background needed to be successful in this role.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve assigned sales objectives
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities within healthcare organizations
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, pharmacies, health systems, and other healthcare providers
  • Conduct virtual and in-person customer presentations and product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to develop customer solutions
  • Prepare proposals, business cases, and sales presentations
  • Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through contract award
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and customer information within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Represent ARxIUM at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events
  • Stay current with healthcare industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies
  • Consistently achieve or exceed established sales objectives and performance metrics
  • Travel throughout assigned territories as required (up to 50%)
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-7 years of successful B2B sales experience
  • Professional fluency in both French and English
  • Proven experience developing new business opportunities and managing customer relationships
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and maintaining CRM records
  • Ability to travel up to 50% throughout assigned territories
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Canada
Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare sales experience
  • Medical device or medical technology sales experience
  • Healthcare IT, software, SaaS, or automation sales experience
  • Experience selling solutions to hospitals, pharmacies, healthcare systems, or healthcare providers
  • Experience presenting to directors, executives, and senior decision-makers
  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and healthcare workflows
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or other CRM platform
