Introduction: As a Sales Engineering Technical Operations Analyst at Go Gratia, you will support the Sales Engineering team by providing operational insights, managing essential tools, and ensuring alignment between sales and technical functions. This remote role is key in driving data accuracy and standardizing processes to optimize performance across the board. Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze sales engineering performance data, such as win rates and solution complexity.
  • Create dashboards and regular reports to highlight risks and improvement areas.
  • Monitor KPIs for RFPs, POCs, and customer solutions.

 

Pre-Sales Support & Coordination:

  • Coordinate with sales, product, and engineering teams to align technical proposals with client needs.
  • Support sales by managing technical documentation and collateral.


Sales Enablement & Training Support:

  • Partner with training teams to develop and deliver programs for sales engineers.
  • Address knowledge gaps by collaborating with product teams for updated resources.


Technology & Tool Management:

  • Manage CRM systems and other sales engineering tools to ensure they meet team needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, ensuring data accuracy across platforms.


Process Documentation:

  • Document key sales engineering processes to support consistency and quality in engagements.
  • Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible for sales teams.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with product management and engineering to understand product features.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams to align strategies with technical requirements.

Compensation and Employment Details:

  • Salary: $30 per hour
  • It is essential Candidates are able to start in January
