We're looking for a Sales Enablement & Training Manager. The Sales Enablement Manager is an important role in the lifecycle of our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. They are responsible for providing thorough onboarding that sets our team up for success, and ensuring that the sales teams remain enabled as our products and processes change.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead realtime and asynchronous onboarding and training for new starters, delivering engaging sessions until ramp targets are achieved
  • Continuously train existing teams on updates and new initiatives.
  • Create and update sales enablement resources, including playbooks, scripts, self-led learning modules, presentations, and validation activities to support training and sales performance.
  • Actively gather insights from Sales ICs, leaders, and trainees to refine onboarding and enablement programs, promoting continuous improvement and strong collaboration.
  • Collaborate with Sales leaders during the performance improvement process to ensure that sales representatives are coached, and given the tools they need to correct underperformance and succeed in their role.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to diagnose team and individual performance issues, providing tailored training, coaching, and resource recommendations.
  • Analyse sales performance data, onboarding metrics, and feedback to identify areas for improvement and track enablement effectiveness.
  • Partner with Sales leaders and Revenue Operations to design and implement sales enablement strategies, aligning with business objectives and driving quota attainment.

What you need to bring:

  • Understanding of the GTM sales environment
  • Experience in developing and facilitating enablement, onboarding and training programs
  • Understanding of, and experience with AL T (adult learning theory)
  • Experience in using a data driven approach to enablement in order to measure success and identify areas of opportunity
