This is a remote position.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential franchisees interested in joining our network. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to generate leads, nurture relationships, and drive the initial stages of the sales process. Your role is crucial in expanding our franchise footprint and ensuring that our franchisees are a good fit for our brand and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Research and identify potential franchisees through various channels, including online research, industry events, social media, and inbound inquiries.

Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and other communication platforms to introduce our franchise opportunities and gauge interest.

Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand the prospect’s background, business goals, financial capacity, and suitability for franchise ownership.

Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the CRM with accurate and detailed information on prospects, ensuring a well-organized pipeline for follow-up and further engagement.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to hand off qualified leads for further development and closure. Collaborate with Marketing to refine outreach strategies and messaging.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential markets to identify new opportunities for franchise expansion.

Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential franchisees, guiding them through the initial stages of the franchise acquisition process.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably in the franchise, food, or hospitality industry.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge: Understanding of the franchise business model and the food/restaurant industry is a plus.

Attitude: A proactive and positive approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
