At MacroAgility Systems Inc., we build powerful integration, migration, and reporting solutions for law firms and professional services organizations worldwide. Our products connect platforms such as iManage, NetDocuments, Lawmatics, Azure AD, and other enterprise systems to streamline workflows and improve data visibility.

We’re growing, and we’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to help expand our footprint across legal and corporate markets.

What This Role Means at MacroAgility

As a Sales Development Representative at MacroAgility, you are the front line of growth.

You will identify and engage decision-makers at law firms, legal departments, and professional services organizations that can benefit from our solutions, such as Directory Sync, iReports, Workspace Generator, Uplift Migration, and other SaaS connectors.

This role is about building real conversations, not just booking meetings. You’ll research firms, understand their technology environments, uncover opportunities related to migrations, integrations, compliance, or reporting challenges, and generate qualified opportunities for our senior sales leadership.

We operate in a remote-first environment, so self-discipline, organization, and consistent communication are key. You’ll work closely with leadership, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging and continuously improve outbound strategy.

This is an ideal role for someone looking to build a long-term career in B2B SaaS sales, particularly in the legal-tech and professional services spaces.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Identifying and researching target law firms, legal departments, and enterprise accounts
  • Prospecting into key stakeholders, including CIOs, IT Directors, Records Managers, and Operations leaders
  • Generating qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities through outbound outreach
  • Executing multi-channel prospecting campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events, webinars)
  • Understanding prospect technology environments (iManage, NetDocuments, Azure, CRM systems, etc.)
  • Identifying triggers such as cloud migrations, mergers, compliance initiatives, or reporting gaps
  • Qualifying opportunities before passing them to Sales Leadership
  • Maintaining accurate CRM documentation and activity tracking
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and following up on inbound leads
  • Consistently achieving pipeline generation targets
  • familiar with using tools like CRM, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo

What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (B2B preferred)
  • Experience or interest in legal-tech, SaaS, IT services, or enterprise software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence speaking with mid-to-senior level stakeholders
  • Ability to research accounts and personalize outreach
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in CRM usage
  • Resilient mindset, you stay motivated and consistent even when facing rejection
  • Comfortable learning technical concepts and explaining value clearly
  • Curious and proactive, you go beyond scripts and ask smart questions
  • Ambition to grow into an Account Executive or senior sales role

Why Join MacroAgility

  • Remote-first environment with flexible work structure
  • Direct exposure to leadership and strategic sales conversations
  • Opportunity to sell high-value enterprise SaaS solutions
  • Clear growth path into senior sales roles
  • Hands-on learning within the legal-tech ecosystem
  • Collaborative team culture that values ownership and initiative
  • Work on real problems impacting law firms and professional services firms globally

MacroAgility offers a dynamic, innovative, and supportive environment where you can develop your skills and grow your career. We are committed to diversity and inclusion and provide our team members with the resources and flexibility they need to achieve a healthy work-life balance.
