Lightspeed is looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-performing NuORDER Network team in North America. This role is crucial for generating pipeline by identifying, prospecting, and booking meetings with brands interested in our wholesale network. You'll be part of an evolving and disruptive company that's changing the way businesses engage with each other in the retail and wholesale industries.
Purpose of the roleDrive revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads for the sales team. You will be the first point of contact our potential customers have with NuORDER by Lightspeed—helping them start their journey with us in the best possible way.

What you’ll be doingDrive new business growth within our brand segment.
Connect with top executives from brands across North America.
Identify customer needs to determine if NuORDER is a good fit.
Prospect, engage, nurture, and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
Partner with Account Executives on discovery calls and seamless hand-offs.
Strategically manage your pipeline in Salesforce with accurate forecasting.
Collaborate with management to refine messaging, iterate on outreach best practices, and test new strategies.
Represent Lightspeed at key trade shows (4–6 per year) to expand your network and industry insights.

Working with marketing on campaigns & events.
Working with the Retail team on cross/upselling opportunities.
Over time, mentoring new SDRs as we grow the team.
Average 80 activities per day (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
Hold 24 introductory calls with ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) per quarter.
Convert those into 12 Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) per quarter.
Generate more than $175,000 in pipeline per quarter.
1–2 years of professional experience, ideally in roles involving senior leadership interactions.
Proven experience in outbound sales development, including cold calling and converting conversations into qualified meetings.
Experience in fashion (brands, showrooms, wholesale) strongly preferred.
Experience working in a target-driven environment with daily/weekly/monthly KPIs.
Excellent communication skills—listening, verbal, and written.
Strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
English proficiency required. French or Italian proficiency preferred.
A track record of top performance in sales or customer-facing roles.
Positive, curious, results-driven mindset.
Outgoing and self-starter personality.
Receptive to feedback and eager to improve.
Consistency and resilience.
Experience in retail or SaaS (nice to have).
