Lightspeed is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our high-performing Lightspeed NuORDER Network team in North America. This role is crucial for generating pipeline by identifying, prospecting, and booking meetings with brands interested in our wholesale network. You'll be part of an evolving and disruptive company that's changing the way businesses engage with each other in the retail and wholesale industries.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive pipeline growth by engaging new brands through strategic phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Convert inbound inquiries into qualified leads by understanding customer needs and Lightspeed NuORDER's offerings.
  • Expand your network and gain industry insights by representing Lightspeed at key trade shows.
  • Partner with our Senior Manager of Brand Acquisition to seamlessly hand off qualified leads and contribute to closing new partnerships.
  • Strategically manage your sales pipeline within Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent achievement of monthly KPIs and annual pipeline generation goals.
  • Collaborate with the team and management to refine outreach strategies and share best practices that boost overall pipeline success.
  • Help shape our growing SDR team, with opportunities to mentor new team members.

What you need to bring:

  • Fluent English with exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales development, including cold calling and converting conversations into qualified meetings.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
  • A track record of top performance in previous sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine excitement to build your career at Lightspeed!
Even better if you have, but not necessary:
  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Experience with SaaS.
  • A genuine interest in the fashion industry or an eagerness to learn about the wholesale dynamics between brands and retailers.
