Sell Miele premium appliances in-store, deliver a superior customer experience, prepare quotes and orders, drive cash-and-carry sales, cross-sell and up-sell, support events, generate leads from consumer events, and maintain a pristine Experience Centre during mall hours.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide a consistent superior premium customer experience to achieve store sales targets and demonstrate expert Miele product knowledge
- Always embrace the Miele Experience strategy and operational guidelines and ensure customers enjoy a hassle-free, premium retail experience
- Have the ability to wear different hats, ensuring the Miele Experience Centre is always pristine
- Prepare customer quotes and orders
- Sell Cash-and-Carry products, cross and up-sell products, providing owner education, assisting with events
- Has the ability to create leads from consumer events which take place at the Miele Experience Centre.
What we are looking for
- Minimum of two (2) years in premium retail sales and customer service experience
- Experience with events coordination and management
- Experience working in a team environment
- Flexibility for evenings and weekends, mall hours
The hourly range for this position is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour plus bonus. This range is a guideline and may not reflect your exact offer. Factors that will be considered when extending an offer include but are not limited to education, experience, relevant skills and alignment with market data.
