Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key functional teams at customer organizations, including product development, purchasing/planning, marketing, sales, and executive leadership.
  • Apply a consultative sales approach to align customer business needs with SRAM's value offerings-such as product innovation, promotional support, lead times, and in-market services.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations through various formats, including in-person meetings, virtual sessions, ride evaluations, and product updates.
  • Monitor and report on customer business performance using available reporting tools.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for managing daily account activities.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the build factory, brand teams, and SRAM manufacturing as needed.
  • Support forecasting efforts for financial and capacity planning.
  • Champion and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with SRAM Product and Marketing teams to shape joint messaging strategies for customer product launches and bicycle sales campaigns.
  • Represent SRAM at customer and industry events, including trade shows, product launches, races, and rides.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Economics, Marketing, or Product Development preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, product development, or supply chain within the cycling industry preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with timeliness and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in value-based selling techniques.
  • Demonstrated creativity, tact, and diplomacy in interactions with customers, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to empathize and embody SRAM's Core Values: innovation, passion, integrity, commitment, and collaboration.
  • This position is based in São Paulo, Brazil
