What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Risk Management Advisor, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Participate in the deployment, implementation, and monitoring of the risk management framework, including the identification and assessment of risks and controls, by supporting risk and process owners using corporate tools.
Act as a trusted advisor to process owners, frontline teams, and management to ensure effective, efficient, and compliant risk management practices.
Support, train, and empower stakeholders in the application of risk management frameworks, both at the process and internal control levels.
Contribute to the optimization of internal controls by assessing their design and effectiveness, including the review of control testing and analysis of results.
Ensure follow‑up on action plans resulting from the risk management framework, coordinate activities with stakeholders, and maintain operational risk registers up to date.
Participate in second‑line oversight activities, including the analysis and documentation of operational risk events and the formulation of appropriate recommendations.
Contribute to internal and external audit engagements, management reporting, and any other related tasks associated with risk management.
