What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Risk Management Advisor, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Participate in the deployment, implementation, and monitoring of the risk management framework, including the identification and assessment of risks and controls, by supporting risk and process owners using corporate tools.

• Act as a trusted advisor to process owners, frontline teams, and management to ensure effective, efficient, and compliant risk management practices.

• Support, train, and empower stakeholders in the application of risk management frameworks, both at the process and internal control levels.

• Contribute to the optimization of internal controls by assessing their design and effectiveness, including the review of control testing and analysis of results.

• Ensure follow‑up on action plans resulting from the risk management framework, coordinate activities with stakeholders, and maintain operational risk registers up to date.

• Participate in second‑line oversight activities, including the analysis and documentation of operational risk events and the formulation of appropriate recommendations.

• Contribute to internal and external audit engagements, management reporting, and any other related tasks associated with risk management.
