About the role
As Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager, you’ll be the technical and
analytical backbone of the company's growth engine.
You’ll own our HubSpot ecosystem, integrate key business systems like
Chargebee, and ensure data flows accurately across departments to
support smart decision-making.
Your work will empower every team — from Sales and Marketing to
Finance and Operations — to act on reliable insights, efficient
processes, and clean data.
Must-haves
Hands-on HubSpot expertise - must be a HubSpot super admin who can manage the CRM system
Experience with Chargebee billing integration and ensuring no revenue leakage
Strong data integrity focus - wants someone detail-oriented to clean up data issues
Ability to build KPI dashboards and reporting in HubSpot
Bilingual (70% fluency in French and English)
Nice-to-have
Experience managing a small team (1-2 direct reports)
Entrepreneurial, agile, and comfortable with change
Collaborative, good communicator, able to work cross-functionally
Located in the Montreal area and willing to work primarily in the office (with potential for 1 day remote)
3-5 years of relevant experience, not an entry-level role
