About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, certified Revenue Architect to design, run, and continuously improve the systems that fuel our growth. As Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll be the architect and operator behind our revenue engine—connecting Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance into one seamless customer and partner lifecycle, from first lead to long-term renewal.
This role is equal parts strategist and builder. You’ll own HubSpot end-to-end, ensure data flows across our stack (HubSpot, Acumatica, partner portals, billing), and deliver the reporting and forecasting that leadership relies on to steer the business. You’ll thrive here if you’re a proactive operator who loves building scalable processes and has a sharp eye for data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Operations Strategy & Alignment
Design and implement revenue processes across the full customer and partner lifecycle (lead → close → renewal).
Align sales, marketing, finance, and Customer Success with unified KPIs, lifecycle definitions, and governance.
Act as the central point of coordination for tools, data, and reporting across all revenue teams.
Process Optimization
Identify friction points in the funnel and design fixes that speed up cycles and improve conversion.
Standardize and document revenue operations processes for scalability.
Champion automation to reduce errors and free up selling time.
Systems & Tools Management
Own day-to-day HubSpot configuration and optimization—pipelines, lead routing, lifecycle stages, scoring, and automation.
On a day-to-day basis, ensure the data integrity throughout the RevOps tools used.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate and maintain tech stack components such as billing platforms, customer portals, and marketing tools.
Integrate HubSpot with Acumatica (ERP) and other GTM tools to create a seamless quote-to-cash process.
Participate in the elaboration of automated workflows, lead routing, lifecycle stages, and pipeline structures.
Maintain data integrity across systems and implement workflows to reduce manual work.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Be the go-to RevOps partner for Sales, Marketing, and Finance leaders.
Promote a culture of data-driven decision making.
Support partner success by enabling lifecycle tracking of channel and reseller performance.
Reporting & Forecasting
Build and maintain dashboards that give leadership full visibility into the revenue engine—pipeline health, MRR/ARR, churn, expansion, and partner performance.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, ensuring alignment between CRM data and financial reporting.
Translate data into actionable insights and playbooks for GTM teams.
Compliance & Accuracy
Partner with Finance to ensure contract accuracy, billing alignment, and audit readiness across revenue streams.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations—preferably in SaaS or software companies.
Certified Revenue Architect (or equivalent RevOps certification/credential).
Advanced HubSpot expertise—you’ve managed it as an admin, not just as a user.
Knowledge of Clay, Vasco or other RevOps reporting tools.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel.
Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, expansion, pipeline conversion).
Proven ability to streamline workflows and implement scalable processes.
Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
