Hi there! Thanks for stopping by 👋
Are you actively looking for a new opportunity? Or just checking the market? Well… you might just be in the right place!
We’re looking for a highly motivated Revenue Operations Manager to join our Global Revenue Operations team, supporting Lightspeed Golf in the North America (NOAM) Retail division. This role is instrumental in scaling our revenue strategies, driving operational efficiency, and executing key initiatives to fuel growth within the Golf business unit. Lightspeed Golf enables courses to manage their entire facility with our one-stop solution for tee sheet management, pro shop sales, and restaurants.
As a trusted partner to the go-to-market leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing both short- and long-term strategies for the Golf team. You will leverage data-driven insights to optimize processes, enhance forecasting accuracy, and enable our teams to take timely and productive actions that drive revenue growth and efficiency. If you’re driven by making a positive impact and thrive building novel approaches to complex problems, then you’re a great candidate for this role.
What you’ll be doing:
- Forecasting & Analysis: Own and develop a comprehensive revenue forecasting model for a high-growth area, ensuring alignment across departments. Proactively identify revenue-impacting gaps and implement data-backed initiatives that drive measurable results.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide deep-dive analysis on revenue trends, churn, and growth opportunities to inform leadership decisions. Generate reports and presentations to share key insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Reporting Cadence: Establish and drive regular reporting cadences with go-to-market leadership, translating data insights into actionable strategies. Own creation of Monthly Business Review materials, including analysis preparation, holding reviews, and providing commentary.
- Revenue Growth Optimization: Identify areas of opportunity to increase revenue, reduce churn, and improve cost efficiency.
- Sales & Operations Enablement: Optimize tools, systems, and processes to enhance the effectiveness of go-to-market teams. Identify improvements in the CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) and work with internal teams to execute changes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Data, Marketing, and Internal Systems teams to align financial and operational goals and reporting.
In addition to these core responsibilities, you will:
- Creation of materials to support go-to-market team enablement
- Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organizational objectives even if this means doing things that aren’t strictly within the scope of your role.
What you need to bring:
- 3-5 years background in financial modelling, data analysis, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Looker).
- Take initiative, move projects forward rapidly, and iterate relentlessly to deliver operational excellence.
- Ability to synthesize complex data and present insights that drive business growth.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence decisions at various leadership levels.
