You will help optimize and scale our global go-to-market operating system, ensuring our processes, systems, reporting, and planning infrastructure can support the next phase of growth.
You will work closely with GTM leadership to improve operational efficiency, strengthen forecasting and reporting, enhance data quality, and build scalable processes that accelerate revenue growth across the customer lifecycle. What You'll DoYou will play a critical role in optimizing and scaling Luma's go-to-market operations. You will:
- Own and optimize the GTM technology stack, including CRM, sales engagement, and customer success platforms, ensuring accurate data and seamless workflows across systems.
- Lead CRM enhancements, systems implementations, and process improvements that improve visibility, efficiency, and execution across GTM teams.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure for forecasting, pipeline health, retention, expansion, and revenue performance.
- Design and improve lead routing, lifecycle management, and handoff processes across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership on territory planning, capacity planning, quota design, and compensation modeling.
- Support quarterly and annual planning cycles, including forecasting, headcount planning, and operational performance reviews.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to improve productivity, reporting, and business decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity and establish scalable processes that support Luma's continued global growth.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Business Operations.
- Proven experience supporting both Sales and Customer Success organizations in a high-growth technology environment.
- Strong technical proficiency with CRM platforms and systems implementation, including Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar GTM technology ecosystems.
- Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency with Excel/Sheets, reporting tools, and operational analysis, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience building and improving operational processes, systems, and reporting infrastructure.
- Familiarity with modern AI tools and workflows, including platforms such as Claude, and a demonstrated ability to leverage AI to improve efficiency and execution.
- Exceptional cross-functional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams and levels.
- High agency and comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment with significant ownership and ambiguity.
- Experience working across sales and customer success motions with proven cross-functional impact.
- Experience working in media, advertising technology, creative technology, or generative AI companies.
- Experience with advanced business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, Sigma, or similar platforms.
- Experience implementing or scaling CRM and GTM systems in rapidly growing organizations.
- Prior experience helping scale operational infrastructure during periods of significant company growth.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and interest in growing into a future RevOps leadership role.
