Reports To:

VP of Revenue

Position Summary

The Revenue Operations Coordinator is responsible for orchestrating the sales process and enabling revenue teams to maximize selling time and effectiveness.

This role serves as the operational backbone of the commercial organization by coordinating sales activities, maintaining CRM integrity, managing pipeline administration, facilitating communication across teams, and ensuring opportunities progress efficiently through the revenue process.

The Revenue Operations Coordinator is intentionally designed to reduce administrative burden on selling roles and leadership while improving forecast reliability and execution consistency.

Primary Responsibilities


Sales Process Coordination

  • Coordinate movement of opportunities through defined sales stages.
  • Ensure adherence to documented stage entry/exit criteria.
  • Schedule and facilitate internal deal reviews.
  • Maintain action logs and follow-up tracking.

CRM Ownership & Revenue Operations Support

  • Maintain CRM hygiene and data quality standards.
  • Ensure opportunities, contacts, and activities are updated.
  • Audit pipeline integrity and forecast inputs.
  • Generate recurring pipeline and performance reporting.

Opportunity & Proposal Management

  • Coordinate proposals, SOWs, contracts, and supporting materials.
  • Track deliverables and deadlines.
  • Manage approvals and internal routing.
  • Support conference and event follow-up execution.

Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Delivery, and Leadership interactions.
  • Facilitate meeting scheduling and stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintain sales playbooks and process documentation.
  • Drive adoption of automation and AI-enabled workflows.

Pipeline Facilitation

  • Track deal momentum and identify stalled opportunities.
  • Surface risks and blockers early.
  • Coordinate follow-up cadence.
  • Support forecasting cycles and quarterly planning.
