Cority is looking for a Revenue Enablement Coordinator to join its Revenue Operations team and provide support for enablement programs. This role will play a critical part in ensuring that the entire Revenue organization, including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, is properly set up for success.
The Revenue Enablement Coordinator will support interdepartmental communications, technology & tool support, and the coordination of enablement initiatives to support the broader Revenue Organization.
Enablement Initiative Responsibilities:
- Assist in scoping and documenting project requirements
- Work with internal cross-functional teams to design and develop curriculum and enablement materials to support training and enablement programs
- Configure onboarding experience for new hires including validation of credentials, coordination of schedules, and communications
- Support revenue teams with basic troubleshooting and resource support
Communications and Coordination:
- Manage coordination of onboarding,internal training sessions, and interdepartmental meetings including scheduling, communications, recordings, and post-meeting debrief
- Create and assist in preparation of well-designed presentations news posts to communicate information across the revenue organization
- Coordinate communications between multiple stakeholders
Technology & Tool Support:
- LMS administration including importing and creating courses, troubleshooting user issues, enrolling users, generating reports,and suggesting improvement opportunities
- Design/ implement organized UX for SharePoint sites to allow users to find info they need as efficiently as possible
- Administer SharePoint UX via creation of documentation, disseminate company news, and basic troubleshooting as required
- Basic video editing of videos for e-learning or resources
QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS OF AN IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- University or College Degree in Business, Education, or related field
- Novice understanding of project management
- Experienceworking with tech stack such as:
- LMS experience (Docebo preferred)
- Contribution to a company intranet (SharePoint preferred)
- Task & Project Management (Asana preferred)
- CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Video editing or E-Authoring experience is an asset (Camtasia and Articulate preferred)
- An interest in enablement and communications
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Keen aptitude to learn and retain new knowledge and skills
- A positive and enthusiastic people person
