  • Collaborer à l’orientation stratégique avec le gestionnaire de la santé, de la sécurité, de l’environnement et du développement durable du centre d’activité.

  • Assurer le respect du plan d’opération annuel HSE.

  • Favoriser la conformité et la conformité juridiques.

  • Promouvoir une culture de rendement élevé grâce à un leadership solide.

  • Agir à titre d’agent de gestion du changement et de responsable technique.

  • Gérer efficacement les risques grâce à des connaissances spécialisées.

  • Rapporter les données environnementales et les incidents SSE avec précision.

  • Diriger les enquêtes et mettre en œuvre des mesures correctives.

  • Favoriser l’amélioration continue de la performance en matière de SSE.

  • Promouvoir la culture de SSE et de durabilité d’Hitachi Energy.

  • Capacité de se déplacer fréquemment pour des visites périodiques sur place, des vérifications, des ateliers, des formations.

Votre expérience

  • Diplôme en génie ou baccalauréat en SSE requis.

  • Plus de 10 ans d’expérience en SSE dans des secteurs à risque élevé.

  • Expertise en évaluation des risques et en gestion des activités à risque élevé.

  • Expérience de la direction de projets SSE et de la mise en œuvre de solutions.

  • Solides compétences en communication et en établissement de relations.

  • Maîtrise de l’anglais; d’autres langues sont un atout.

Join Hitachi Energy's global HSE and Sustainability community to ensure safe working conditions and promote a healthy workplace. As the HSE and Sustainability Lead, you'll drive strategic programs, support customer journeys towards climate and circularity, and provide expert advice and leadership.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Collaborate on strategic direction with the HUB HSE and Sustainability Manager.

  • Ensure compliance with the HSE annual operating plan.

  • Drive legal compliance and conformity.

  • Promote a high-performance culture through strong leadership.

  • Act as a change management agent and Technical Authority.

  • Manage risk effectively with specialist knowledge.

  • Report environmental data and HSE incidents accurately.

  • Lead investigations and implement corrective actions.

Your Background

  • Engineering degree or Bachelor's degree in HSE required.

  • 10+ years of HSE experience in high-risk industries.

  • Expertise in risk assessment and high-risk activities management.

  • Experience in leading HSE projects and implementing solutions.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
