Hitachi Energy Canada est à la recherche d’un(e) Responsable RH Pays & Partenaire d'affaires RH stratégique et axé(e) sur les personnes pour rejoindre notre équipe à Montréal, Québec. Ce poste hybride (3 jours au bureau par semaine) offre l’opportunité de façonner l’avenir de notre effectif tout en soutenant les leaders des fonctions corporatives, du marketing et des ventes, ainsi que certaines unités d’affaires.

Vous serez le/la référent(e) RH pour le Canada, en collaboration étroite avec le Directeur Général Pays et les parties prenantes de haut niveau afin d’assurer des pratiques RH conformes, efficaces et tournées vers l’avenir. Relevant du/de la Responsable RH Régional(e) pour l’Amérique du Nord, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la réussite de l’entreprise grâce à votre leadership stratégique RH, votre engagement envers les employés et le développement des talents.

Vous serez responsable de garantir la conformité aux réglementations externes et internes applicables, ainsi qu’aux procédures et lignes directrices.

Votre impact
  • Agir en tant que leader RH pour le Canada, en partenariat avec les dirigeants sur la stratégie RH et la conformité.

  • Assumer le rôle de leader des relations de travail au niveau national, en gérant les relations avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.

  • Fournir un soutien RH en tant que partenaire d’affaires aux fonctions corporatives, au marketing & ventes, et à certaines unités d’affaires.

  • Représenter Hitachi Energy sur le marché local et établir de solides partenariats externes.

  • Promouvoir la marque employeur par le biais de l’engagement et des relations universitaires.

  • Favoriser l’alignement et l’engagement au sein de l’équipe RH canadienne.

  • Accompagner les leaders dans l’exécution des processus RH tels que la gestion de la performance et des talents.

  • Collaborer avec l’équipe Acquisition de Talents pour identifier et recruter de manière proactive les meilleurs talents.

Votre expérience
  • Diplôme universitaire en ressources humaines, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe.

  • Minimum de 8 ans d’expérience en tant que partenaire RH, incluant un rôle de leadership RH au niveau national ou senior.

  • Excellente connaissance des lois du travail, des politiques RH et des pratiques RH internationales.

  • Capacité démontrée à influencer, négocier et conduire le changement dans une organisation mondiale.

  • Solides compétences interpersonnelles et en communication à tous les niveaux.

  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.

The opportunity
Hitachi Energy Canada is seeking a strategic and people-focused Country HR Manager & HR Business Partner to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This hybrid role (3 days in-office per week) offers the chance to shape the future of our workforce while supporting leaders across corporate functions, marketing & sales, and select business units.

You’ll be the go-to HR leader for Canada, partnering closely with the Country Managing Director and senior stakeholders to ensure compliant, effective, and forward-thinking people practices. Reporting to the Regional HR Head for North America, you’ll play a key role in driving business success through strategic HR leadership, employee engagement, and talent development.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How you'll make an impact

  • Serve as the HR lead for Canada, partnering with senior leaders on people strategy and compliance.

  • Act as the country labor relations leader, managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.

  • Provide HRBP support to corporate functions, marketing & sales, and select business units.

  • Represent Hitachi Energy in the local market and build strong external partnerships.

  • Champion the employer brand through advocacy and university relations.

  • Drive alignment and engagement within the Canadian HR team.

  • Support leaders in executing HR processes like performance and talent management.

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to proactively identify and hire top talent.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 8 years of HRBP experience, including senior or country-level HR leadership.

  • Deep knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and global HR practices.

  • Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and lead change in a global organization.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.

  • Fluency in both French and English.
