In this pivotal role, you'll architect and nurture a powerful pipeline of large-scale opportunities while spearheading innovative cross-sell strategies and securing high-profile logo acquisitions. Your strategic mindset will be essential as you craft and execute game-changing growth initiatives, inspiring and guiding a talented team towards ambitious goals.

What you’ll do

● Sales Leadership & Pipeline Development
○ Originate and close new business opportunities within the region
○ Drive new logo acquisition within consulting services
○ Secure new consulting opportunities with existing clients
○ Lead regional growth meetings with senior staff
○ Develop and execute strategic pursuit plans

● Cross-Functional Leadership
○ Identify and promote cross-sell opportunities across TELUS divisions
○ Client relationship liaison for key regional clients
○ Drive client retention and renewal processes

● Performance Targets
○ Maintain and grow pipeline of opportunities
○ Maintain and grow client portfolio
○ Drive cross-sell opportunities across TELUS business lines

You have…

  • Deep network of contacts within the industry at multiple levels including C-suite, HR, Finance contacts
  • Deep understanding of the financial well-being impact to organizations and consultingservices
  • Highly motivated by targets and collaborating with others to achieve
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise sales and retirement consulting services (other relevant industries may be considered)
  • Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
