Le responsable, Comptes stratégiques, comprend l’ensemble du portefeuille de services de Ricoh et est en mesure d’expliquer la façon dont ceux-ci s’intègrent pour aider aux efforts de modernisation du client. Ce professionnel des ventes doit prendre appui sur les relations actuelles de Ricoh et élargir la suite de services déployée au sein du marché,, ainsi que générer de nouveaux clients. Le titulaire de ce poste a comme responsabilité première la direction stratégique, la croissance et les résultats.

Responsabilités

  • Établir des relations solides avec les parties prenantes clés;
  • Déterminer les initiatives d’affaires du client et expliquer, selon la vision de Ricoh, comment les services peuvent mener aux résultats d’affaires souhaités;
  • Utiliser des techniques de vente consultative en mettant l’accent sur la valeur du client et le rendement du capital investi;
  • Effectuer la prospection et le développement de nouveaux clients, incluant la planification et la tenue de rencontres pour se présenter, autant de façon virtuelle qu’en personne;
  • Rechercher et comprendre l’alignement entre les ministères et les organismes, les initiatives, les politiques et les types de clients;
  • Collaborer avec des pairs, ce qui comprend de soutenir les conseillers et les spécialistes pour concevoir des solutions menant à une transformation qui conviennent à l’environnement complexe du client;
  • Présenter des plans pour la prospection stratégique qui tiennent compte des commentaires des intervenants, y compris ceux faisant partie notamment des gestionnaires, des conseillers, des opérations, du domaine juridique et du soutien;
  • Gérer des négociations contractuelles complexes et agir en tant qu’intermédiaire pour le groupe juridique et l’équipe de la haute direction;
  • Examiner des demandes de propositions complexes issues du secteur public et mener la réponse de Ricoh;
  • Se servir de Salesforce pour gérer les activités du compte, le progrès de la banque d’occasions et les prévisions.

Exigences

Éducation :

  • Diplôme d’études postsecondaires (de préférence en affaires)

Préférences en matière d’expérience :

  • Expérience dans un environnement interentreprises, dans les TI ou dans un environnement de vente consultative (de préférence dans le secteur public);
  • Relations et contacts établis sur le marché du secteur public pour la province de Québec.
  • Expérience de travail avec des organisations municipales ou parapubliques, un atout

Autre :

  • Excellentes compétences en communication à l’oral et par écrit, y compris d’excellentes compétences en production de rapports et en prévisions;
  • Permis de conduire valide et véhicule fiable requis (et assurance auto conformément à la politique de Ricoh).

 

Strategic Solutions Consultant – Public Sector  - Quebec

The Strategic Solutions Consultant understands the entire Ricoh portfolio of services and can articulate how they integrate to support modernization efforts of the client. This sales professional must build on the existing Ricoh relationships and expand the suite of services as well as develop new clientele. The strategic direction, growth, and outcomes will be the ultimate responsibility of the Strategic Solutions Consultant.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with key executive stakeholders.
  • Identify clients’ business initiatives and articulate the Ricoh vision of how services can lead to desired business outcomes.
  • Use consultative selling techniques with a focus on client value and return on investment.
  • New business prospecting and development, including scheduling and conducting introductions in both virtual and face-to-face client settings.
  • Research and understand department and agency alignment, initiatives, policy, and client personas.
  • Collaborate with peers, including supporting consultants and specialists to develop transformative solutions that fit in the client’s complex environment.
  • Deliver strategic business development plans that incorporate input from stakeholders, including management, consultants, operations, legal, support, etc.
  • Manage complex contract negotiations and serve as a liaison to the legal group and executive management team.
  • Review complex Public Sector Request for Proposals (RFP) and lead the Ricoh bid response.
  • Use Salesforce to manage account activity, pipeline progression and forecasting.

Requirements

Education:

  • Post-secondary education, preferably in business

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in B2B environment, IT or a consultative selling environment; preferably in public sector
  • Established contacts and relationships with public sector market for the Province of Quebec
  • Experience working with municipal or local government organizations is an asset

 

Other:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – includes excellent reporting and forecasting skills
  • Requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation required (and auto insurance coverage per Ricoh's policy)
