  • Être la voix stratégique du client et de l’entreprise au sein de l’équipe Decision Intelligence, en traduisant des besoins métier complexes en exigences claires et exploitables pour les produits data.
  • Posséder et gérer le backlog produit, en veillant à ce que la priorisation soit alignée avec les objectifs métier, la faisabilité technique et la capacité de l’équipe.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les ingénieurs data, les architectes, les analystes et les parties prenantes pour définir et livrer des solutions data à fort impact.
  • Diriger la planification et l’exécution des incréments produits, y compris la planification des sprints, les revues et les rétrospectives.
  • Définir et suivre les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) pour mesurer le succès du produit et orienter l’amélioration continue.
  • Mettre à profit votre expérience en IA, intelligence décisionnelle et données pour livrer des produits exceptionnels.
  • Faciliter l’alignement et la communication interfonctionnelle, en assurant la transparence et une compréhension partagée entre les équipes métier et techniques.
  • Défendre les normes de gouvernance, de qualité et de conformité des données dans toutes les initiatives produits.

Exigences minimales

  • Diplôme ou équivalent et au moins 7 ans d’expérience pertinente.

Compétences et expériences souhaitées

  • Diplôme en informatique, systèmes d’information, business ou domaine connexe ; un master ou une certification en gestion de produit est un plus.
  • 7+ années d’expérience en tant que Product Owner ou rôle similaire, idéalement dans un environnement axé sur la décision ou l’analyse des données.
  • Bilingue français/anglais, avec d’excellentes compétences en communication dans les deux langues.
  • Expérience dans des environnements Agile/Scrum avec une compréhension approfondie de la gestion du cycle de vie produit.
  • Leader proactif, collaboratif et adaptable, à l’aise dans un environnement dynamique et en évolution.
  • Intérêt ou expérience démontrée dans les solutions basées sur l’IA et l’innovation, avec une passion pour l’exploitation des technologies émergentes afin d’améliorer les produits data.

Le.la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l’extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par conséquent, ce poste requiert une maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral. Summary

Join our Digital Innovation & Data team as a Product Owner, where you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will play a key role in shaping data-driven strategies and delivering impactful data products that drive business value.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the strategic voice of the customer and business within the Decision Intelligence team, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable data product requirements.

  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with business goals, technical feasibility, and team capacity.

  • Collaborate closely with data engineers, architects, analysts, and stakeholders to define and deliver high-impact data solutions that drive business value.

  • Lead the planning and execution of product increments, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform continuous improvement.

  • Leverage experience and expertise in AI, decision intelligence, and data to deliver exceptional products.

  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment and communication, ensuring transparency and shared understanding across business and technical teams.

  • Champion data governance, quality, and compliance standards in all product initiatives.

  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and innovation.

Minimum Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent and requires 7+ years of relevant experience

Preferable Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree or certification in Product Management is a plus.

  • 7+ years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role, ideally in a data decision or analytics environment.

  • Bilingual in French and English, with strong communication skills in both.

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with deep understanding of product lifecycle management.

  • A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Demonstrated interest or experience in AI-driven solutions and innovation, with a passion for leveraging emerging technologies to enhance data products.

The incumbent will be required to support internal and/or external clients outside of Quebec and/or in the United States on a daily basis. Therefore, this position requires proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited as much as possible.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$85,400 - $142,400
