We’re looking for an exceptional Release Project Manager for the Product and Technology PMO, who is ready to drive the future of mobility with us!
Daily Responsibilities:
Manages the planning, scheduling, and deployment of software releases
Coordinates Release processes between different teams
Conducts release readiness and milestone reviews
Align with other Project managers and engineering teams to ensure the clarity of the release cope
Remove all impediments towards the release
Drives release process improvement
Report on project status, maintaining the product dashboard and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Continuously manage priorities while addressing potential change requests such as new commitment requests, implementation challenges, escalations, and delays between teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (required)
Master’s degree or PMP/PMI certification (preferred)
2+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in a global organization
Experience with AI, human machine interfaces, Edge and Cloud software development, or automotive applications
Demonstrated success in release management and project management for products
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to drive cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple releases and timelines.
Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, PowerBI).
Strong interest in and experience with state of art software release methodologies, continuous integration and delivery

Nous recherchons un Chef de Projet de Lancement exceptionnel pour rejoindre notre PMO Produits et Technologies et contribuer à façonner l’avenir de la mobilité!
Responsabilités:
Gérer la planification, l’ordonnancement et le déploiement du logiciel
Coordonner les processus de lancement entre les différentes équipes
Mener des revues de préparation au déploiement du logiciel
Mener et coordonner des revues de jalons clés au succès des déploiements
Collaborer avec les chefs de projet et les équipes d’ingénierie pour clarifier la portée des versions du logiciel
Supprimer tous les obstacles au bon déroulement des lancements
Piloter l’amélioration continue des processus de lancement
Suivre l’état d’avancement des projets, maintenir le tableau de bord produit et les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI)
Gérer en continu les priorités tout en répondant aux demandes de changement, aux nouveaux engagements, aux défis d’implémentation, aux escalades et aux retards entre les équipes
Exigences:
Diplôme en administration des affaires, ingénierie, informatique ou domaine connexe (obligatoire)
Diplôme de master ou certification PMP/PMI (préféré)
Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en gestion de projet ou de programme, idéalement dans une organisation internationale
Expérience dans les domaines de l’IA, des interfaces homme-machine, du développement logiciel Edge et Cloud, ou des applications automobiles
Succès démontré en gestion de projet et de lancement de produits
Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles pour mobiliser des équipes transverses et géographiquement dispersées
Solides compétences organisationnelles pour gérer plusieurs lancements et échéanciers
Maîtrise avancée des méthodologies de gestion de projet (Agile, Waterfall, Hybride) et des outils (Jira, MS Project, PowerBI)
Intérêt marqué et expérience dans les méthodologies de lancement logiciel de pointe, l’intégration continue et le déploiement continu
