What you'll work on
- Serve as the primary marketing partner to the LATAM Managing Director, translating regional commercial priorities into clear, integrated marketing plans.
- Lead the planning and execution of regional marketing initiatives that support pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion across priority LATAM markets (including Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and more).
- Develop and localize go-to-market (GTM) strategies, messaging, and programs in alignment with global marketing frameworks and LATAM market dynamics.
- Partner closely with Business Development, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure marketing initiatives directly support regional pipeline and growth objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with global teams including product marketing, communications, content, creative, events, marketing operations, and legal to deliver cohesive regional execution.
- Own the regional marketing calendar, ensuring alignment across campaigns, events, partnerships, and executive priorities.
- Support partner and ecosystem marketing initiatives across LATAM, including co-marketing programs, joint events, announcements, and strategic partner activations.
- Lead regional event strategy and execution, including industry conferences, fintech forums, regulatory engagements, and Circle-hosted programs.
- Ensure all regional marketing programs comply with local regulatory, legal, and brand requirements, in partnership with legal and compliance teams.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance against regional business and GTM objectives; use data to inform optimization and prioritization.
- Manage regional marketing budgets, forecasts, and spend in close collaboration with finance and global marketing leadership.
- Continuously assess market conditions, competitive landscape, regulatory developments, and macroeconomic trends across LATAM to refine strategy and inform leadership decision-making.
What you'll bring to Circle
Core Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in marketing, with demonstrated ownership of regional or multi-country marketing initiatives across Latin America.
- Experience operating as a senior regional marketing lead or business partner, supporting executive stakeholders and translating commercial strategy into executable marketing programs.
- Strong understanding of Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, and other countries in Latin America market dynamics, including regulatory frameworks, cross-border payment ecosystems, fintech adoption trends, and country-specific GTM nuances.
- Proven ability to plan and execute integrated marketing programs across multiple channels, including campaigns, events, partnerships, and communications.
- Experience partnering closely with Sales, Business Development, and Revenue teams to support pipeline growth, enterprise adoption, and ecosystem expansion.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a highly cross-functional, global organization with distributed teams.
- Strong program and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across markets and time zones.
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs, measuring impact, and optimizing marketing performance.
- Experience managing regional marketing budgets and forecasts in partnership with finance teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese; Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.
Preferred Requirements
- Familiarity with crypto, blockchain, stablecoins, or emerging digital asset regulatory environments in LATAM.
- Experience marketing fintech, payments, financial infrastructure, or regulated financial services products in the region.
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving regulatory and macroeconomic conditions.
