Manage full-cycle recruitment remotely: source and attract candidates via job boards and social media, screen and interview, collaborate with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, ensure positive candidate experience, and track recruitment metrics using ATS and other tools.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process to help us find and attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, a strong understanding of sourcing techniques, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
- Source and Attract Candidates: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, and professional networks) to find and engage qualified candidates for open roles.
- Screen and Interview Candidates: Conduct initial screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and create effective recruiting strategies.
- Build a Talent Pipeline: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future positions.
- Ensure Positive Candidate Experience: Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain Recruitment Data: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to improve processes and report results to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
