Assist in interview coordination, candidate management, job promotion, event planning, and maintaining applicant data during recruitment efforts.
Position Overview:
This internship will provide exposure to interview coordination and candidate management/engagement for our junior hiring efforts.
- Candidate interview scheduling and coordination
- Promote our job openings on university job boards
- Support team in the planning and execution of on-campus recruitment events
- Maintain and manage accurate and up-to-date data in applicant tracking system
- Work with interviewing team to ensure candidates move through interview life cycle in a timely manner
Key Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- Able to commit to working for minimum 12 weeks during Fall 2025
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
- Initiative to follow through on tasks and problem solve
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite
