About the Role

We’re building a world-class recruiting team. The Recruiting Operations Manager will lead a team to develop an Operational Center of Excellence within the recruiting team. Reporting directly to our Head of Talent, this person will be responsible for developing all aspects of the recruiting operations function. This person will build fundamental hiring infrastructure and drive culture initiatives forward as we scale. This is an outstanding role for an ambitious recruiting professional who wants to make an outsize impact at a hypergrowth-stage company.


What You'll Do

  • Analyze and implement a strategy to help drive standardized interviewing

  • Leverage market intel to continue to identify ways to uplift current recruiting team efforts, including current AI solutions

  • Use data to identify process improvements, needed initiatives and recruiting training opportunities

  • Drive effective hiring programs for Dandy

  • Partner with People Team and Finance to continuously improve and automate our headcount planning process to ensure clarity, consistency and timeliness of hiring priorities and plans

  • Own and optimize efficiency and adoption of recruitment processes and workflows; including shared and regularly maintained documentation

  • Partner with recruiting leadership to maximize recruiting enablement

  • Partner with marketing on employee brand to drive critical initiatives to build pipelines

  • Lead, coach and develop Recruiting Ops team member(s)

  • Lead other ad-hoc Talent initiatives as needed

  • Support scaling recruiting operations - you will need to work smarter and not just harder

  • Create communication channels for senior leadership members to get transparency into the hiring process


What We're Looking For

  • Required: 4+ years as a Recruiting Operations Manager (or equivalent RecOps leadership role) with full ownership of recruiting operations strategy and execution in a high-growth tech company.

  • Proven track record scaling mid-to-late-stage technology or tech-enabled companies from 1,000+ employees to several thousand, including international expansion.

  • 7+ years of total recruiting experience, ideally starting as a recruiter before transitioning into operations.

  • 4+ years of people management experience.

  • Deep expertise in ATS optimization and implementation (Ashby strongly preferred).

  • Strong technical acumen in HR and recruiting systems, analytics, and workflow design.

  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills.

  • Experience creating and rolling out training and enablement programs.

  • Self-starter with strong operational rigor and a track record of driving measurable impact.

Compensation Range: $137.7K - $162K
