Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

We're looking for a dynamic and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process as we scale our team.

Contract Details:
Rate: $40 - $45 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Hybrid work schedule: In-office M/W/F (San Francisco)

Responsibilities

• Schedule candidate interviews and handle logistics
• Manage the candidate's experience throughout their interview journey
• Initiate and contribute to projects that will improve and scale our recruiting processes
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and constantly think about ways to drive improvements
• Assist with general recruiting tasks, including administrative tasks as assigned
• Provide support to the recruiting team as needed

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a recruiting coordinator, in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative without being asked
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Independent task management skills
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with startup culture and the ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
