About You

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our growing Recruiting team! You will work closely with hiring managers across business functions to help identify and recruit top talent to drive business performance. You have a proven track record of recruiting in a high growth startup environment and are eager to take on the challenge of rapidly growing our company. From generating a pipeline to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate, you make the candidate experience outstanding and manage it from end to end.

What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact

• Work with a motivated team of Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring teams to understand their organizational objectives and drive a customized hiring plan to achieve those needs.
• Create unique strategies to identify, attract, and engage with the best talent, from branding and events to sourcing and referrals.
• Source and identify active and passive candidates to build strong candidate pipelines.
• Manage candidates throughout the entire recruiting process and create an excellent candidate experience.
• Proactively contribute to improving Recruiting processes in a fast-growing environment.

What we’re looking for

• 2 - 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth tech startup environment.
• Experience sourcing and a proven track record for closing candidates, ranging from junior to senior positions.
• Well versed in a variety of roles across different functions, including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success Management, IT and Service Delivery.
• Experience working in multiple markets across Canada & the US.
• Effectively partners with Hiring Managers and understands the needs of the business.
• Understands what each candidate brings to the table, and the ability to connect that candidate with the right opportunity at AppDirect.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• Has a focus on the candidate experience.
