Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: writing job postings, posting them, screening applications, interviews, job offers
- Work with managers to define staffing needs and desired candidate profiles
- Maintain a pool of qualified candidates and track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, new-hire retention rate, etc.)
- Coordinate reference checks and pre-hiring processes
HR Generalist
- Handle onboarding and integration of new employees
- Answer employee questions about benefits, internal policies, and HR procedures
- Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws
Skills and Requirements
- Bilingual in French and English
- 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment or generalist human resources
- Comfortable with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR tools
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and priority-management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple files at once, from active recruitment to day-to-day HR issues
- Degree in human resources, administration, or a related field (an asset)
- CHRP/CHRP-Quebec (CRHA/CRIA) certification (an asset)
