Join our Corporate Realty Services team and gain hands-on experience in managing real estate operations across a nationwide retail network of 260+ branches and 4 centralized sites. In this role, you’ll support the Director of Realty Services and collaborate with specialists, project managers on leasing, maintenance, construction, and administrative tasks.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate site maintenance requests and monitor the Realty Services inbox.
- Assist with lease obligations, expense reconciliation, and payment processing.
- Support new branch builds, refurbishments and relocations.
- Liaise with landlords, contractors, and internal teams.
- Maintain detailed property records for future renovations and warranties.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or Real Estate/Facility Management (preferred).
- Experience in property management or realty services is an asset.
- Advanced MS Office and Adobe skills; detail-oriented and organized.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.
