The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Quality Training Coordinator within the Global Quality Systems & Compliance organization at Solventum, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: 

• Collaborating with global sites to implement training requirements.

• Project management of training deployments (loads courses on LMS, works with SME’s to determine audience for training, guides adherence to the quality management training process at local sites with respective teams.)

• Supporting the training process ensuring that appropriate curricula are assigned to employees, based on their job responsibilities, regulatory requirements, and compliance obligations.

• Creating/leading training efforts for quality and regulatory organization.

Your Skills And Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
 

• Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND five (5) years of combined quality and/or training experience in a private, public, government or military environment

OR

• High School Diploma/GED AND nine (9) years of combined quality and/or training experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience managing and deploying training in a Learning Management System (LMS)

• Five (5) years of experience in medical device/healthcare or another regulated industry

• Experience managing or creating documentation such as SOPs, Training Materials, User Guides

• Project management experience

• Microsoft Office proficient 

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Administrative, short-term planning, leadership and influencing skills with all levels of employees

Work location:

• Remote (United States)

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $119,076 - $145,537, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
