Lead cross-functional E2E QA strategy and execution for a Guidewire ClaimCenter integration. Drive QA governance, test planning, BI/UAT coordination, defect management, traceability, KPIs, risk mitigation, and cross-team alignment. Support security validations, automation alignment, test data quality, and produce QA status reporting.
We are
seeking a Quality Assurance Expert to fill the role of “Senior E2E QA Lead /
Cross-functional Quality Manager” who has experience leading major projects to
drive the strategy, quality, and execution of tests within a major
transformation program involving the integration of Guidewire ClaimCenter with
the internal ecosystem.
- As the
project is being carried out in collaboration with an IT integrator, the
vendor, and our business unit, and given that the majority of these individuals
are English-speaking, the working language of the project is primarily English
and requires a high level of proficiency in understanding, speaking, reading,
and written communication. Ultimately, the candidate must be fully functional
in both English and French, as some aspects of the project remain exclusively
in French.
- Client is seeking a senior E2E QA Lead to lead the cross-functional quality strategy
for a major transformation program focused on integrating Guidewire ClaimCenter
with the internal ecosystem. The role requires expertise in both QA governance
(strategy, test plans, KPIs, reports) and field execution (UAT BI, defects,
traceability, artifacts). The candidate must have direct knowledge of property
and casualty insurance claims processes; industry-specific abstractions are
insufficient in this context.
- The ideal
candidate will possess cross-functional leadership skills rather than technical
expertise in the automotive sector. Matization: Multi-team coordination
(integrator, PO, business, CISO) and an end-to-end vision are at the heart of
the expected value. English is the primary working language of the project; the
candidate must be fully functional in both languages.
