Job Description

What you’re responsible for:

Reporting into the Director H&S and Environment, the Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for implementing and maintaining ISO9001 standards on QA process and documentation.

  • Supporting in planning and documentation of new equipment, processes, and department procedures
  • Participate in the identification of risks that may affect the company
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, implementing corrective actions plans as needed in collaboration with various teams
  • Participating in the analysis and root cause of non-conformities; Reporting on the internal and external quality and environmental indicators
  • Working with environmental department to build EMS system at other facilities

Qualifications

To join our team:

  • You are familiar with ISO9001 and ISO14001
  • You have experience in an industrial setting in a similar role
  • You have the ability to develop corrective and preventive actions
  • You are responsible, independent, meticulous, organized
  • You have knowledge of Excel, Word, Access, Power Point
  • You are bilingual French/English
  • You are available to work/travel on flexible working hours, when required
