As a Project QHSE-S Officer, you’ll be part of the site team on one of our offshore projects around the world. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and monitoring QHSE-S practices, inspecting activities and equipment, and ensuring procedures are properly implemented. You’ll help foster a strong safety culture and support operational excellence.Your responsibilities
Support the project team with all QHSE-related matters
Ensure the latest versions of PQMP, PHSEMP, ITP, MST, RA, etc. are being used
Handle project QHSE reporting, KPIs, and communication with project management and the vessel
Participate in meetings and toolbox talks onboard and on site
Investigate incidents and non-conformitiesEngage supervisors and the workforce in HSE matters and campaigns
Conduct HSE inspections and ensure proper reporting, communication, and follow-up
Manage SHOC cards onboard and on site
You have a strong interest in QHSE and safety in high-risk environments
Experience in Offshore Wind or Heavy Logistics is a plus
Experience with lifting operations is an asset
You hold a valid offshore certification (Full Basic GWO), or are willing to obtain it with our support
You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
You speak English fluently
You are willing to work full-time in a rotation schedule on offshore projects
