You'll be responsible for:
- Performing the automation testing functions & support products and services, with a focus on Online related projects.
- Reviewing functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of what we build and how to test it.
- Designing and documenting the Integration Automation Framework / document Integration Automation best practices with the goal of maximizing test coverage and minimizing test cycles time via automation but reducing automation maintenance efforts/costs.
- Evaluating all scripts and recommending changes as per the requirements.
- Enhancing the automation test strategy to incorporate microservices automation test strategy where it is relevant regarding Integration and end to end user process flow including all services dependencies and DB integration.
- Defining automation metrics and the process for collecting and validating these metrics, monitor efficiency of the automation activities of the Integration team.
- Developing NFR automation tests targeting interactions between different services and components, timeouts, retries should be designed per release as and when needed.
You bring:
- A Computer Science Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years’ direct experience in software development with strong, hands-on experience in software automation testing, test case development, test execution, test results analysis, and test optimization.
- Experience in creating, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts for mobile applications. This position requires a deep understanding of mobile testing frameworks and technologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality mobile apps (iOS and Android Devices).
- Demonstrated experience in NUnit or JUnit.
- Experience working within a formal CI/CD pipeline.
- Strong knowledge of C#, JavaScript.
- Knowledge of Selenium WebDriver.
- API testing using POST man or similar.
- Knowledge of web applications architecture, APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with load testing using JMeter or similar.
- Knowledge and experience with Git/Stash.
- Knowledge and experience with Jenkins, Bamboo.
- Knowledge and experience of micro-services architecture regarding integration and functional automation tests.
- Agile team and methodology experience; Kanban experience is desirable.
