Lead QA strategy and execution for a Wealth Management CRM modernization on Salesforce FSC. Design QA standards, test plans, and automation (UI, API, data) integrated into CI/CD. Validate data transformations and integrations, monitor quality KPIs, promote shift-left practices, and provide governance-level recommendations to business and IT stakeholders.
- The client is seeking a Senior QA Expert for their Wealth
Management CRM project, within the context of a Salesforce Financial Services
Cloud and Data modernization program. The ideal candidate will combine three
key areas: QA strategy (defining the strategy, standards, and entry/exit
criteria), operational execution (test plans, test cases, business process
coverage, integrations, and data flows), and automation integrated with DevOps
(UI, API, and data testing within CI/CD pipelines).
- The mandate emphasizes a date-driven culture: adherence to
deadlines, anticipation of potential roadblocks, a solution-oriented approach,
and a focus on relevance rather than perfection. The role extends beyond
technical testing: it includes a governance component (scenario analysis,
communication for executives, and structured recommendations) and an
influential role, without direct authority, with business and IT stakeholders.
This is neither a purely manual execution tester nor an isolated automation specialist
lacking a strategic dimension.
- To be confirmed with the DM: Salesforce/FSC is listed as an
asset, but the project context suggests that Salesforce CRM experience would be
a differentiator at the submission stage. The expected seniority level is not
specified; a profile with 8+ years of experience seems implied given the
executive governance aspect.
Your Role
- You define the program's QA strategy: quality standards,
processes, and entry and exit criteria. You design and execute test plans and
cases covering business processes, integrations, and data flows. You implement
UI, API, and data test automation, integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
- You validate data quality (transformations, mappings,
integrations), monitor quality KPIs, and strengthen shift-left and continuous
testing practices. You collaborate daily with architects, development teams,
and product managers, and provide clear recommendations to support
decision-making.
