Job Description:

This position is responsible for training, supervising, and coordinating the daily activities of a team of employees to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company standards. The individual in this role promotes a safe working environment, ensures that tasks are completed accurately and on time, and supports continuous improvement initiatives within the department. 
 

Job TypePart-Time / Permanent  

Workdays: Sunday to Thursday (must be able to work ALL 5 days of the week)     

Shift Hours: 5:00 to 10:00 pm  (must be able to work a minimum of 25 hrs. per week).    

Shift Duration:  5 hours a day (requires flexibility with Start and Finish time).    

Work Location: 1221 32ND AVENUE LACHINE, QC H8T 3H2 Canada

Hourly Wage: 19.89$

Responsibilities: 

  • Supervises, trains, and motivates employees to achieve performance and quality standards. 

  • Monitors daily operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and safety regulations. 

  • Conducts audits of work procedures and methods, identifying areas for improvement and preparing detailed performance and compliance reports. 

  • Coordinates work schedules, assigns tasks, and monitors employee productivity. 

  • Provides coaching and feedback to team members, fostering professional growth and a positive work environment. 

  • Collaborates with management and other departments to implement process improvements and optimize workflow. 

  • Ensures that all company safety and operational procedures are followed at all times. 

Qualifications: 

  • Meets local age and operational requirements to operate a vehicle. 

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively lead and develop a team. 

  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience in an operational, logistics, or administrative environment is a plus.
