Independent Contractor
Our team and what we'll accomplish together
Reporting to the Disability Management team, the Psychiatrist will complete psychiatric assessments and reports for clients referred to them by TELUS Health. Assessments will be completed via a video-call plaform.
How you will make an impact
Contact clients via video-call platform to perform full psychiatric assessment to understand their health condition and the factors that support or inhibit recovery;
Assess risk and severity of mental health disorders and provide recommendations;
Complete assessment report in a timely manner, using template provided by TELUS Health.
What you bring
In good standing with the College des médecins du Québec;
Proven experience in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of individuals with moderate to severe mental health disorders;
Excellent written and verbal communication, empathy, listening, and organizational skills.
