Client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with 8 years of experience managing complex projects, capable of working independently in a high-visibility, multi-project environment. The context is explicitly rooted in Cybersecurity, with a specialization expected in Cryptography or Identification, Knowledge, and Surveillance (ICSA): either of these two areas of expertise is sufficient to qualify the candidate. This is not a generalist project management profile: cybersecurity experience must be recent and demonstrated within a large organization. The role is cross-functional (internal and external contributors, sponsor, steering committee), requiring strong political acumen and influential leadership at all levels. Main Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for developing the single project plan, taking into account the issues, complexity, stakeholders, and integration with other projects, while ensuring consistency with the sponsor's business objectives;
- In collaboration with the various contributors, be responsible for deliverables to meet business objectives and create value while respecting agreed-upon terms, costs, and deadlines;
- Perform functional supervision and coordinate internal and external contributors (integrators or others) involved in project delivery;
- Authorize any requests for changes to resources and ensure quality control of work and adherence to the governance and methodology to be applied within the project framework;
- Develop risk analyses, impact assessments, and related strategies, taking into account various factors to manage the project's risk level;
- Be responsible for providing a single reporting structure and project progress status updates to the sponsor, the steering committee, and other decision-making bodies;
- Assume responsibility for the management and execution of various strategic or highly complex mandates or files in support of their immediate supervisor; Collaborate in the management of internal and external suppliers.
