We are looking for an experienced project manager capable of structuring, leading and delivering a strategic transition in a sensitive and high-visibility environment.

Role Background

  • As part of a structuring transformation, we are looking for a senior project manager to lead a high-stakes transition, affecting both business activities and technological components.
  • The project aims to transition the majority of the organization's transactional printing to a new supplier, in a sensitive context requiring rigor, coordination and risk management.
  • The mandate includes a preparatory phase of approximately 4 months, followed by a gradual transition over a period of 10 to 18 months.

 

Role and Responsibilities

  • The incumbent is responsible for the entire delivery of the project, from initiation to closure, including the approval of deliverables.

As such, he or she:

  • Defines and manages an integrated transition plan, aligned with business objectives and organizational priorities
  • Ensures business continuity by quickly identifying issues and implementing required actions
  • Coordinates internal and external stakeholders and ensures the concrete progress of the work
  • Implements governance adapted to the level of visibility and sensitivity of the project
  • Anticipates risks and implements the necessary measures to mitigate their impacts
  • Supervises change requests and conducts the arbitrations required to maintain the progress of the project
  • Ensures clear and regular reporting to the authorities
  • Maintains team alignment and facilitates collaboration in a cross-functional context

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A senior project manager with 10 or more years of experience in Complex projects, including real-world experience in service transitions involving a business component AND an IT component.
  • The mandate is a migration of client Transactional Printing Provider: The Candidate must have already led this type of operational transition, with external suppliers and field implementation.
  • A certification in management is required (PMP, MGP, ACP or equivalent).
  • Experience in the environment is a strong asset — knowledge of the client ecosystem specifically is a strong differentiator.
  • The candidate must be comfortable in a highly structured environment, with formal accountability to the Instances and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Bilingualism expected (to be confirmed with the MD).
