- Deep Understanding of Matching and Mapping Process: Develop an in-depth knowledge of our matching process and guidelines, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of its principles and functionality so that you can lead these projects internally and externally with customers.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions Engineers to effectively implement projects, remove blockers, and meet deadlines.
- Consistently Iterate: Collect feedback from clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project execution phases. Distill and communicate this feedback, making it actionable for relevant teams to drive improvements.
- Communicate Effectively with Customers: Serve as the point of contact for clients during the onboarding and executing process for matching and mapping projects. Facilitate a smooth experience, provide guidance, and address any concerns they may have - escalating as necessary.
