Manage day-to-day delivery of AI image and video projects: build plans, run reviews, coordinate creatives and clients, track versions and deliverables, flag risks, and refine workflows to keep projects on schedule while protecting creative intent.
HYPERMUSE Studio is Dulcedo Group’s AI Image & Video studio, built to extend what our talent, creators, and brand partners can achieve when human vision is amplified by the best emerging technology.
Born from Dulcedo’s leadership at every major industry shift, HYPERMUSE is designed to deliver high-end, campaign-ready content with the speed and flexibility of AI - without compromising the values that define our business: consent, fairness, creative integrity, and trust. We don’t treat AI as a shortcut. We treat it as a new production advantage that is carefully directed, ethically structured, and built to protect the long-term value of the talent economy.
Our studio exists to solve real commercial problems for brands - unlocking new formats, new creative worlds, and new efficiencies - while ensuring that digital likeness and AI-generated assets are managed with rigorous standards. Every deliverable is shaped by experienced creative leaders and producers, because at Dulcedo, technology doesn’t replace taste. It scales it.
The Opportunity: We’re hiring a Project Manager to be the operating system behind HYPERMUSE projects - the person who makes the machine run. You’ll own planning, timelines, approvals, and client communication across AI image and video deliverables, ensuring nothing slips and nothing gets messy. Your job is to create the clarity that allows creatives to move fast: tight workflows, clean feedback loops, and smart coordination across teams. If you love high pace, high ownership, and shipping great work, you’ll thrive here!
Your Role
- Own day-to-day delivery of AI image/video projects across multiple timelines.
- Build project plans: milestones, review cycles, approval gates, and “definition of done.”
- Lead client updates/check-ins: align expectations, consolidate feedback, and drive next steps.
- Run internal working sessions with creative/production to keep output flowing and remove blockers.
- Track versions, deliverables, and dependencies (simple, clean systems - no bureaucracy).
- Keep projects organized: briefs, notes, trackers, delivery folders, handoff documentation.
- Partner with the team to protect creative intent while staying on schedule.
- Proactively flag risks early (scope creep, unrealistic timelines, unclear approvals).
- Support a “trust-first” process: clear approvals and transparency in what’s being delivered.
- Help refine workflows over time (identify bottlenecks and propose improvements).
Your Profile
- 3-5 years in project coordination/management in an agency, studio, production, or content environment.
- If your experience comes from the PR landscape - experience with influencer/brand activations, content studios, or integrated comms - that's great!
- Strong comfort running multi-step timelines with lots of moving parts.
- Confident communicator: can lead calls, keep things clear, and handle feedback calmly.
- Organized and detail-oriented without being rigid; you create structure that helps creativity move faster.
- Comfortable working in fast pace / rapid iteration environments (and staying composed).
- Collaborative by default: works well with creatives and understands how production cycles work.
- Interest in AI or emerging tools is a plus- curiosity matters!
- Bonus: exposure to rights/usage approvals or production logistics.
