Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for various projects, such as the celebration of AIM's 90th anniversary. You will play a key role in the planning, organization, and execution of large-scale projects. You will also be required to work closely with members of the marketing team on their respective projects and in any other activities aimed at supporting organizational initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, planning, and managing assigned marketing projects;
  • Sharing timelines with stakeholders and managing their expectations;
  • Ensuring the timely deployment of marketing initiatives/activities;
  • Compiling expenses and ensuring budget tracking for each initiative;
  • Providing regular updates on project progress and communicating them to your manager;
  • Analyzing the performance of initiatives/activities and making recommendations;
  • Contributing to the analysis, development, and implementation of innovative marketing strategies to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

To join our team:

  • Hold a college diploma or undergraduate degree in communications, marketing, or a related field;
  • Have at least 5 years of project management experience;
  • Be fluent in spoken and written French and English;
  • Experience in a manufacturing company is an asset;

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and quality, with the ability to work under pressure;
  • Proactive and results-oriented;
  • Autonomous and adaptable;
  • Analytical and synthesis skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a collaborative environment;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
