What does a Project Manager do at Hogarth?

At Hogarth, our Project Managers are central to the successful delivery of high-volume integrated projects. They guide initiatives through the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring completion on time, on specification, and within budget, even across complex, multi-channel campaigns. Our Project Managers demonstrate a strong understanding of project management tools and best-practice methodologies, coupled with the agility to collaborate with diverse and dynamic teams to achieve balanced, integrated solutions. Embracing a robust growth mindset, they demonstrate exceptional adaptability, skillfully navigating the dynamic and rapidly evolving landscape of modern content production to contribute to continuous innovation and optimization. As the central point person for the project, they are relied upon by all team members for critical information regarding expectations, next steps, and resource allocation. They meticulously relay information about timing, scope, budgets, resources, and project plan changes. Serving as an intrinsic source of truth for our content factory across our offices and hubs, they ensure consistency and clarity in all internal teams and ways of working. The successful candidate will leverage strong problem-solving skills, an insatiable desire to learn, and a passion for marketing, advertising, and high-volume production.

In this key role, the Project Manager is responsible for both hands-on project execution and guiding high-volume content initiatives across various lines of business and stakeholders, often requiring direct interaction within the client's office. Your primary mission will be to develop strong, trusted working relationships with internal teams, agency partners, and directly with clients to meticulously plan, document, execute, and deliver diverse content projects – delivering on production, adaptation, digital and print – always adhering to strict schedules and budgets. This includes managing multiple high-volume projects concurrently and effectively guiding all involved teams through the comprehensive content production process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Serve as a knowledgeable resource for high-volume content production, digital acumen, automation strategies, innovative technology application, and evolving production capabilities (including AI and emerging technologies), responding swiftly and concisely to all inquiries, often directly from the client's embedded environment.
 Act as the onshore day-to-day client liaison for high-volume content production across integrated campaigns, including Content Video, Print, Digital, and Web assets. This encompasses, but is not limited to, digital banners, static assets, website/application tiles, direct mail, out-of-home advertising, and various print collateral.
 Proactively engage with clients on a daily basis, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication and expectation setting for all project deliverables.
 Manage internal workflows and contribute to their optimization to ensure and increase productivity across all high-volume content projects, adapting to the demands of an integrated agency environment with an eye towards automation and delivering at scale through innovative technology.
 Oversee project execution for complex, high-volume campaigns, including meticulous scope management, comprehensive briefing, and detailed progress tracking for all content assets from initiation to completion.
 Prepare and manage comprehensive project closing documentation for high-volume accounts.
 Conduct weekly status meetings with all project stakeholders, both client-side and internal teams, ensuring transparency and alignment, especially when working embedded within the client's office.
 Effectively communicate all project aspects, from daily status updates to potential blockers and resolutions, proactively addressing challenges with internal teams, agency partners, and clients.
 Actively contribute to the optimization of processes for the efficient and scalable delivery of high-volume digital and print content projects within an integrated framework, exploring and supporting the implementation of solutions driven by AI and emerging technologies.
 Demonstrate considerable experience delivering high-volume integrated content projects from start to finish, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
 Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit and proactiveness in taking full ownership of projects and responsibilities, thriving in a client-facing, fast-paced environment.
 Create clear, concise, and comprehensive production briefs for offshore teams, ensuring accurate direction and communication for project execution, including the ability to provide direction in French when required.

QUALIFICATIONS

 2-5 years of project management or production experience specifically within an interactive or integrated agency environment, with a proven track record of managing high-volume accounts.
 Demonstrated experience working directly with clients, serving as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Experience within the beauty sector or fast-paced retail environments is highly preferred.
 An in-depth understanding of the creative development process, integrated content production (video, print, digital), technology, quality assurance testing, and multi-channel marketing methodologies.
 Strong digital acumen, with demonstrated experience in automation, delivering content at scale, and the agility to work within innovative technology frameworks.
 A robust growth mindset and exceptional adaptability, with a proven ability to skillfully navigate the dynamic and rapidly evolving landscape of modern content production, fostering continuous innovation and optimization.
 Possess a keen interest in or demonstrated experience with AI and emerging technologies, actively seeking out and embracing new methodologies to enhance our production capabilities and adapt our ways of working.
 A professional and approachable demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, highly matrixed agency environment, both internally and when embedded within a client's team.
 Ability to manage small projects or significant components of complex, high-volume projects, consistently demonstrating the ability to deliver on time and on budget.
 Can show experience in bottom-up scoping of projects, creating detailed project budgets, tracking actuals, and creating comprehensive statements of work for high-volume integrated accounts.
 Demonstrates a strong ability to solve problems with creative solutions that work for all stakeholders (internal teams, agency partners, and clients) without compromising the quality of the deliverables or the project's strategic objectives.
 High level of accountability and a calm, confident presence in challenging situations.
 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
 Natural and highly effective collaborator with cross-functional teams and external partners, serving as a trusted source of truth for content factory processes across all teams and hubs.
 Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, wireframing/workflow tools, and online project management/collaboration/ticketing tools (e.g., JIRA, Service Anywhere, SharePoint, Smartsheet).
 Fluent both spoken and written French is essential.
 Willingness and ability to work within the client's office for a minimum of three (3) days per week.
